At AutoYunn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AutoYunn account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
